Thank you so much for shopping with Heaven, the Spa. Our estheticians have more tha 25 years in the business combined and our lead esthetician, Darcy Chambers has worked with Doctors and Skin Care Specialists in several states surrounding Sandpoint, ID.
Our Spa carries much more than just skin care products. We carry delightful home spa products (candles, robes for the family, sandals, pillows, vitamin supplements, inspirational affirmation cards, pet surprises and more). Our spa will be moving to the new "Seasons at Sandpoint" in the Fall of 2005. We hope you get to visit us soon and look forward to seeing you whenever you come to Sandpoint. We can advise on all your skin care and help you relas and address your personal body spa and holistic treatment needs.

SHIPPING
All of our product orders over $100 and under 5 pounds are SHIPPED FREE through the US Postal Service or UPS (our discretion).
Online orders which you pay for can be shipped using your choice of service provider - United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. For smaller shipments we recommend using United States Postal Service as they are the least expensive provider. However, if the order value is more than $100, or if the weight of the parcel is more than 5 pounds, we recommend UPS. In few instances the invoice may have an incorrect shipping total on your online order form due to weight calculations; however, the correct amount will be billed.

Remember that all standard orders valued at over $100 and under 5??? pounds are SHIPPED FREE by United States Postal Service. In most cases, your order will be shipped the same or following business day. Remember we are located in Pacific time zone. If you are in US or Canada you should receive it in 5 to 9 working days.
For overseas orders Post Office does not guarantee delivery faster than 2 weeks but most of our overseas shipments are reaching the destination in 6-10 working days. Due to certain shipping regulations, shipping rates to Singapore may vary depending on the value, weight and dimensions of your order.
We can ship your package any way you desire, but if you are requesting different mode of shipping than Air Mail ( for example FedEx overnight service) you will have to cover extra charges respectively to what the shipping company will be charging us for the service of your choice.

On a rate occassion an item may be temporarily out of stock. In these cases, we will do our best to contact you via e-mail or phone to see what you would like to do.
US Orders
Choose from "Standard Delivery" which will take 3-5 business days [$5.00???] or "Express Delivery" which will take 2-3 business days [$18.00???].
Canadia, Mexico & Overseas Orders
Canadian and Mexico residents add $9.95 shipping & handling. Orders are shipped Parcel Post. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days. At this time we accept U.S. funds only. Please also note that we are not permitted to ship certain products overseas; these products include, but are not limited to Dermalogica & Jane Iredale.

Credit Cards Accepted: Mastercard, Visa
Certified Checks and Money Orders and all Credit Card Orders will be shipped immediately. We happily take personal checks, but this may delay your order. Personal checks may be held for up to 10 days waiting for bank clearance. As soon as they clear, your shipment will be on its' way. Please make your checks payable to: Heaven, the Spa.

* Although we accept personal checks there may be some delay while the check clears. To avoid a delay in receiving your product please note we do accept money orders and cashiers checks.

SALES TAX
Residents outside of Idaho do not pay any sales tax for product shipments. Idaho residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax, the standard sales rate.
RETURN POLICY
Please know that making you happy is very important to us. If for any reason you are not pleased with your product, please call us toll-free and advise us of the problem. If you still are not satisfied and must return the product, please do so within 3 weeks and be certain to include the original receipt. {Products should be returned in their original package.} Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. And too, if your order was over $100.00 USD and we paid for the shipping of your package, that shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
If you are exchanging your product for another product, you must do so within 3 weeks and the original product must be returned at least 75% full. Unfortunately, your shipping cost is not refundable. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and used.
REPLACEMENT PRODUCT
We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping or refund your original purchase price for that item when we receive your damaged products back to us. (Shipping cost of damaged product back to us will also be covered by us. Please ship damaged product back via Regular Mail). Return packages shipped by FedEx, UPS and other couriers must be covered at your expense or they are automatically rejected and will not be received by us.

IS MY ORDER SECURE?
Is my order secure? Heaven, the Spa uses ???. ??? uses secure servers to protect your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information. We use the ??? secure server, currently the second-best selling secure server software and, in our opinion, the best product technically. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until we receive it. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk and when we forward it to the merchant.
Shopping online is considered fairly low-risk. According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion... is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional 'low-tech' transactions." You should feel as safe as you would using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not more so.

CURRENCY CONVERSION??
All shown prices are in the currency indicated in your shopping cart. However, regardless of your location and currency that you are shopping in, your VISA/MC account will be charged the converted amount in United States Dollars. We use an exchange rate that is very favorable for you so in most cases your charge should be actually lower then what your shopping cart indicated. If you see a discrepancy of more than 1% or over $2 to your disadvantage, please do not hesitate to contact us with a request for adjustment. If you would like to convert US Dollars to your currency, or your currency to US Dollars, in order to see the approximate charge that will appear on your VISA/MC statement, then please use a currency converter
INTERNATIONAL DUTY TARRIFF
International customers from outside of North America will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.
